FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. How long does shipping take and what are your rates?

Shipping within Metro Manila is Php 65 and will take 1 – 3 business days upon payment confirmation

Shipping outside of Metro Manila is Php 140 and will take 3 – 7 business days upon payment confirmation

 

2. What payment methods are available?

Payment methods include major credit cards, cash on delivery, online banking, or over the counter banking via our secure CheckMeOut PH channel.

 

3. How can I return or exchange the product I bought?

Items that were delivered with defects or issues can be exchanged for the same item or in case of unavailability, it can be exchanged for an item with the same price or higher (difference is to be paid by the customer).

For items bought at events or at our store, items will be checked before being sold. Returns and exchanges will not be allowed anymore.
